DEPOSIT POLICY

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule any Permanent Makeup appointment.  Your appointment is not secure until paperwork has been submitted and reviewed and deposit has been collected.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your Full Set Lash Extension appointment.

​

I accept Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo, or cash in person. Online credit card payments can be made by request and include a 3% processing fee.

No Deposit = No Appointment
 

RESCHEDULING POLICY
24 Hour notice is required to reschedule Waxing and Lash Fill appointments. Late cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 1/2 the service price.

 

48 hour notice is required to reschedule your Full Lash Set or Permanent Makeup appointments.
Your $50 Lash Extension Deposit or $100 Permanent Makeup Deposit will go towards your rescheduled appointment date. If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will
forfeit your original deposit and be required to send a new deposit to reschedule the appointment.

*Your appointment can only be re-scheduled ONCE, more than one time, a new deposit will have to be sent to book a new appointment.*

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
You will NOT be refunded your Lash Extension or Permanent Makeup Deposit if you need to cancel your appointment. If you would like to book an appointment at a later date, you will be required to send another deposit.

*If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment and you decide to book a new appointment in the future, you will be required to pay for 1/2 of the price of the service as a deposit for that appointment.*
